I currently have a home of 7 rescue horses, and have rehablitated 3 STB geldings. 2 are up for adoption and almost look identical. Both are rich bay geldings, 6y and 8-9ys. UTD on vaccines, trims, deworms, and the elder floated last year. Both tie, clip, load, lounge, saddle, bridle, drive.
1) Scooter-6y refined and beautiful gelding. Looks like a TB or warmblood, great trail, english, or dressage prospect. 17.0h Had a chip in his knee on the track two years ago, is sound, but should not be a jumper. Babydoll temperment, just super.Needs to be re-trained to ride, only drives. ok to saddle. won't take much time to make him a riding horse. $2000
2) Garth- 8-9y bay gelding, almost looks draftish, wide barrel 16.3h . Good babysitter for horses. Very calm temperment, ok to ride in roudnpen, just needs some training and would be a very nice and calm trailhorse good horse for larger person. Forgiving. Would also make a good pleasure driver.Has chronic swollen hocks, though stays sound, may need to be drained every once in awhile.Raced for years .$1200 for this sweet boy.
Located in Apple Valley, Ca. Need to try and move these good boys quickly. I can send pics too
