i am in the adoption market for another stnderdbred baby. i have looked at horses on www.4thehorses.com,but i know there are california std in need. will need a couple months to set up a home for the kid. i have a 6y gelding, Rebar hanover, which we call Udin. he came from calexpo, and tore his tendon twice. He was laid-up for 9 months, and is now under saddle and a awesome mellow mount. we just do trails, and maybe light dressage ( once i learn 
) . We love him to death and he gets the best of care with my other three rescues a arab and 2 paints. let me know !!! niki
