Posted by Adrianne It needs to be between 2 and 9 years of age, gentle/calm temperament, well around people/horses, trained or ready to begin under saddle. I will start working on the horse at home over the summer and be taking it with me to OSU for further training or if ready, competition in English pleasure, dressage, or jumping (all dependent on the needs of the horse). I am currently residing in Enid, Oklahoma. The horse will have a stall with access to 3 acres of pasture with 5 foot tall pipe/cable fencing (maybe taller). I am willing to visit and pick up the horse for my summer vacation. I'm currently an Animal Science major (concentrating in equine studies) at Oklahoma State University and am interesting in adopting a Standardbred to work with. I've always loved Standardbreds and would love to take care and help train one.
