hi!!!we recently (9 months ) took in a sad rescue case, Jack, a half starved, blind in one eye, rear lameness fungus rotted no tail and shaved mane gelding. He has turned out to be the best horse, smart and funny and stable and a decent ride, altho he paces and has turned out to be 23 years old !!!even tho 3 vets checked teeth etc and said 12 to 15!!!!WE love Jack and are now standard bred converts. We would like another one,there are 6 in my family, my husband and oldest son ride Jack, h'es too rough for me to ride often and a liittle too tall for my youbnger boys, but we all love Jack and he will be with us as till he dies, wich I do not believe to be soon I hope Jack will make 40 I ieve he may now he has some good groceries in him.Let us know if you think yours is a good fit!!!(760)414-9514
