Looking to adopt a Standardbred gelding for my husband. Ex-racer or too slow to race OK. Pacer or trotter OK. Must be SOUND and at least 16.2, as my husband is 6 feet tall and long legged. Partial to greys. We lost our 20 year old New Zealand STB gelding (pacer) 4/12/06. We saved him from going to auction over 10 years ago and retrained him and competed in open dressage. We are in no hurry. The right horse will have a forever home with our other 3 rescues. Location in adjoining state required due to price of hauling. We are located in Phoenix, AZ. Thank you.
