Pompano Racetrack in South Florida they are a Big track with Lots of S.bred Farms in the area. I don't know the Logistics of shipping a horse To Puerto Rico But I'm sure at Pompano THey could help you. The General manager there Is Dave Feinberg you might want to try to call him.
