12:00 Mandatory Meeting of all players and coaches @ HS. 12:30-3:30 check in at Dorm,{Southwestern Univ.}, practices, Team and individual pictures.
7:00 Hall of Fame Banquet at SW's Ball Room in Student Union. Players honored then eating at selected places downtown while all honorees and their friends and family plus coaches in attendance enjoy a meal together and fellowship
9:00 to ?? Hospitality Room on 2nd floor at Holiday Inn Express.

9:00am General Coaches Meeting followed by Board Meeting--All Coaches please attend!
11:00-12:30---Free Coaches Clinic and Free BBQ Brisket lunch by Weatherford Tip-In-Club in Hospitality Room downstairs in HS gym NE corner.
