Posted by Jeff Oliver WE (ogbca) members owe our players the very best we can possibly offer or provide for them , not just our own players in our own programs but every young lady who plays in our organization deserves the BEST we can offer them. Did we do the very best this year with our selections? I close by saying that I believe Rick and Arlin are both men of high honor and are solid Christian influences on our profession.

Unfortunately each and every year there are players who fall short of the mark of ALL-STATE that deserve this coveted honor. I believe that my good friends Arlin Stacy and Rick Tipton are doing exactly what any of us in their spots would do--- A-pursuing answers. B- speaking up for their players and programs.
Is there room for improvement?
Are we as an organization satisfied and proud of this current processs?
Can we do better? If so - then let's do it !
Remember to practice what I am sure we all preach to our players at home --- TEAM
