the entrance is on a frontage road that runs parallel to I-5. Where you park is a huge lighted bulletin board an old red barn. Its also a preserve of some sort...oh I found a link http://wdfw.wa.gov/lands/r6scattr.htm
You can also Google 'scatter creek wa., horseback riding' and find more information. It has unlimited riding trails and you do have to be careful that you dont get lost as there are soooo many trails. I use to ride there a lot, it never got boring.
