I am pretty sure the Olympic Game farm in Sequim still takes horses. They have numerous carnivores, such as bear, cougar, wolves, tigers, lions, etc. Im not sure if the horse HAS to be alive for them to take it. I know in the past they have shot them on the property, but they may take a body so long as it was fresh. Might be worth a call if Sequim is not too far for her/ the pony to travel.
