Hi Hannah, I know this gets to you a bit late, but Sand Flats Horse Camp and Half Camp are both free sites with spectacular trails. Both offer a pit toilet and horse water and are free other than a NW Forrest Pass for your rig. They are right by the Crystal Mountain ski resort, outside of Enumclaw.
