Currently on the market but we are nowdebating on keeping it leasing it out. It has 3 bdrms + a den. 1.5 bths and really nicely updated (built in the early 1900's) new 2 car garage and tons of privacy. I would love any imput on the idea of renting our home out. Here is a little info on it. We were thinking around 1500-1800 a month. Any advice would be great.
