New roof installed last summer! Rent is $125/mo for 1 horse; 2nd horse is an additional $50/mo for total of $175/mo. Pasture is best maintained with 1 horse, but can accomodate 2 with supplemental feeding, if the horses require company. Horse owner supplies any supplemental hay or grain. We can feed up to 1 time/day for additional $25/month. Located about 9 miles south of Issaquah, near Highway 18 intersection with Issaquah-Hobart Road. Address is 17219 Tiger Mountain Rd SE, Issaquah. Horse/hiking trails to Tiger Mountain State Forest are located nearby on Tiger Mountain Rd, or on Taylor Mtn. Beautiful pasture & private barn! Horse pasture consists of about 2+ acres of wire fencing (mix of horse mesh and barbed wire), behind and around my house/yard. The stream through the pasture provided great source of emergency water supply during Dec power outage when no power to fill the horse trough in the pasture!
