He is very very laid back under saddle. I can just get on him without lunging him but I suggest since he hasn't been ridden this winter to lunge him the first few times you ride him. I have not took him out on any long trails. There are miles and miles of trails near. I do not want him out there in the winter though because if someone is riding him for free they are not paying for shoes for him. He's currently barefoot. I might put shoes on him in the spring though. My phone number is 425-681-9106.
