Where are you located and what kind of pay do you offer??? I give lessons in my area to mostly 4-H kids and a few adults and I have been an trainer/instructor for 6 years...I used to be cerified, but no longer am. I can teach beginning-advanced western and english (no dressage though) and beginning jumping....I also teach speed events....I am not looking for a full time job, since I have a job, unless the pay and facility are really great 
...I have done kids camps and plenty of showing.
