I figured it might be helpful to add in the playoff scenarios to see where everyone stands.
As of now the teams included in the A and B flights have been determined, but the seedings are still in limbo.
In both divisions the 1 and 2 seeds will receive a bye, with the first round matchups being #3 vs. #6 and #4 vs. #5. Then the next round would see the #1 seed playing the lowest ranked winner, and #2 playing the other winner. All series will be Best of 3 with the series being played in 1 night.
A Flight
- Swing Mafia has clinched the 1 seed
- Franchise has clinched the 2 seed
- Crumb City can clinch the 3 seed with 1 win over DePauls on Monday.
- Deon-Barbone can clinch the 3 seed with 2 Crumb City losses to DePauls (H2H is 1-1, however Deons has the "Runs Against" advantage)
- Gibbons Legal/Turtles are the 5 and 6 seeds respectively.
B Flight
- MKS has clinched the 1 seed
- ECF/Stride/DePauls are still in the running for the 2 seed.
- If all 3 teams finish at 12-14, per ASA rules the tiebreaker will be "Runs Against" which would give Stride the #2 seed. #3 and #4 would be determined based on the results of the DePauls/Crumb City games.
- If ECF and Stride finish 12-14, then ECF would get the 2 seed based on their 2-0 H2H advantage over Stride, and Stride would be #3.
- #4-6 seeds are still in limbo depending on the results of Swing Mafia/Norristown Beer and DePauls/Crumb City. (In case of 3 teams finishing 11-15 the tiebreaker would be decided by "Runs Against." In the case of 2 teams finishing 11-15 it would be decided by H2H first and then "Runs Against." Norristown Beer holds the 2-0 H2H advantage over DePauls, however Paragon/DePauls and Norristown Beer/Paragon would go down to "Runs Against" since they split in the regular season)
Hope this helps. Good luck to everyone in the playoffs!
