I thought I would interject a bit. Since ASA Nationally went to 6-10 ft, always had a difficult time understanding how that height protects the pitcher? IF going to 12 ft is for the good of the league, then that is what should happen.. Norristown has always been different, NSA/ASA bats for an ASA league. If teams are going to be seeing 12ft pitches, then any team that plays in states should do well, because those pitches will be considered flat. The flat ones are what BLOW THE HOLES UP, and that is what wins titles.. 2) I just was rated as a Senior Softball player, so does that mean I can use a Senior Bat? I would hope not. We play in an ASA league, with primarily ASA rules, if guys want to use Senior Bats, use them on the weekends when you play. The New technology for ASA bats still allows the old guys to compete. Senior Bats are Nuts!!! FYI: I am an OLD GUY now!!!
