Pitching rubbers at Heels Field

What are the distances of both pitching rubbers there? Also, I know the ASA distance for a pitching rubber for coed, but in general, do most umpires let the pitcher pitch from where they are safe and comfortable? One of the players in the league I run was asking about it. Thanks
