If the C Division actually picked the best players, they have a shot verses the B division. But, what are these managers thinking here? The guys that were picked are really tough to figure out. Am I missing something? The B league is going to beat these guys 50-0. All you need to win are these guys and pick the best players from the better teams first to make it fair.
From Catagnus [Chipper, Jimmy Cat, Kyle, Mike A and alternate Matty Luke]. Carvision should have Frankie and Darrin Stack with alternate Biddle, GCS has Chip and Fitch, Acornley and BR are alternates. Depaul should have picked Carter, Roy and Murph (Drobek is also a good pick and so is Rosatti, either one alternate or both). Nobody is listed from Main Street, but McCarthy is a definite with whoever Doug picks, or himself . Romanos has Rooney and Mike Romano and even Dennis jr as starter or alternate. Execupharm should have Scooch and Gibbons as starters with maybe either Makoid, Dimitry or Rissell as alternates. And Super fit has Mike B and either Gus or Sostrum as alternate.
Pick the top 16 from this, plus add 4 alternates to make 20 and then maybe the C division will stand a chance against the B. The guys on the current list now will get crushed ... take that to the bank and cash it. Carter, can this team challenge the B team after the currently selected C team gets beat? This whole thing was a farce, managers picked themselves or left themselves off as alternates, picked their friends or guys that have played on their team for years, if you want to win, pick the best. Thats all I am saying.
My opinion for the B Division is as such. The Chor-Kaufman, Dinolfi, Himes, Brennan and Cress or Buzz. Dirty Spectrum Chiccino, Shoemacker, Harbagh and Mono or Santillo. Rec, have Sobek, Kalback, Timmy B and-or Sharpan. Flash should have SteveF and Israel with Picard as alternate. N&O has Hickson, Darren, TonyC, Walker and Onufer as alternate and maybe the shortstop. Black Horse would be Aubrey K and whoever else they pick. Black Horse 2 has Eric Benetez and Rorrick. Reeds, did not see them much to comment, they can select the guys.
Now you have two equally good teams with no politics or other BS that goes with manager selections. Look at the MVP awards every year ... all politics. Nothing personal Dimitry, I know you try, but Heels should pick as he sees all the games or the managers are not allowed to pick one of their own.
I know this post will get some knives thrown at it, but look in the mirror, it's all true!
