I don't mean to stir the pot here, but if I'm understanding this correctly, since Depauls drew a certain number out of a hat, they now can finish no worst than 2nd place?
Why wouldn't it be Winner of Catagnus/Car Vision vs. DePauls for 1st place
then:
Loser of Catagnus/Car Vision vs. the loser of the 2nd game to determine 2nd place?
That's seems like the fair way to do it rather than just give a team a bye based on picking something out of a hat.
