Even I can't defend the alma mater for this one. They did lose Notre Dame and from what I understand they had to scramble to add a game(which ended up being Eastern Illinios???) until they get Alabama on the schedule for 2010 and 2011. 8 home games?? Akron, Temple, Eastern Illinios, and the 'Cuse??? Ouch.
Good news is next year we sandwich Alabama with Youngstown St and Kent St...
