Now I do not know much about this topic, especially in the context of developing countries, nor am I a political strategist for that matter, but the problem to me seems to point back to the issue of nutsack (or a lack of it thereof). If someone, or a group of someones, wants to "rag," you, how's about standing up for your humanity and saying, "#### you, you sonofab###h." If they try to force you into "ragging" then fight them, indeed, put up your dukes. Even if they do kick your ass, you will come away with something much greater than if you'd simply crumbled under the pressure of, "ragging." So the key to understanding this post is: stop being a pussy, and grow some nutsack.
As for you women out there, hmmmnnnn, this issue of ragging seems to me no different from rape, and I therefor deeply emapthize with you. Perhaps carrying a shotgun or a pistol in your purse may end your worries. Or a knife. Something. Protect yourself. Arm yourself. Kill the sonofab###h that tries to rape you.
