i do not think that there is at all a need of ragging ....the freshers can interact with their seniors in many other ways say through extra curricular activities ..both parties can know each other ....u can just be like friends ....
why at all the seniors have to rag a fresher ...can't they treat him as any other person who comes in their life ..and u being at good position should coordinate with him.
