what harsh needs to do is go and file a writ petition in the delhi high court. we all know the ways of the indian system and the indian bureaucracy. and amidst all these dark clouds the judiciary is the only silver lining. apart from that harsh needs to put the guys who ragged him to justice. u cant let anyone go scot free. and i fail to understand as to why didnt harsh go and file a police complaint in allahabad itself. we can never trust anyone in india. and not by any chance the politicians. and were the raggers into physical and sexual ragging by any chance??what were the wardens and stuff doign that time>?? there are many questions that demand answers.
