sub: {tortured in the medical college in the name of ragging to
such an extent that i have to withdraw my admission from the
college ,18 months have passed since i have been running to the
ministry but i have not yet got admission in any medical college
though i have qualified 4 medical entrance exam}
i am a victim of brutal ragging in Moti lal Nehru
Medical College at Allahabad in 2000 oct this incident was
published in all leading newspaper of india at that time, i was
so
brutally tortured for one month that i have to finally leave the
medical college. That year I was selected in 4 different all india
level medical enterance exams. i finally opted Allahabad medical
college and i did not joined the other college from the other
selection. After my raagging incident i approached the government
to give me admission in any one of the other 3 medical colleges
that i have qualified, the HRD and the health ministry kept me on
assurance from last 18 months that they will arrange my admission
in other medical college so i regularly visited the ministry for
eighteen monthsas my career had reached a big uncertainity, but
finally i was told by the ministries that my case is closed and
now nothing can be done in this matter . i have lost the medical
seat ,2 academic year of my life and lot of money to get justice
and now i am totally broken in this long wait in getting justice
from last two year and now my career has reached a stage
of uncertainity .if you can help me in any way i will be very
gratefull to you because this incident has brought my career to
an
end i always feel that great injustice has been done with me and
if the govt cannot still give me admission they should tell me
that what should i do now ?
yours faithfully
