It is really a shame such an incident happened Sandeep and I'm sorry for the three students. The age of the students is not a problem as they are over 18 and they can file the case on their own merit. However it is best to inform the parents as that will bring about faster action both at the college and the PS level. Another thing I dont think the college will do more than undertake the medical expenses of the three students and maybe give some kind of a dressing down to the seniors. I doubt they will sack the lousy warden. Atleast not without any parental pressure. I stay in Hyderabad and there is not much that I can do to help out mate, however gimme the name of the college and the Principal's name and also the seniors if you happen to have them.
Ask your brother to take all care especially once the case has been settled eitherway...
