Posted by E J J Hitler The following Bye-law, parallel to LASER, should be proclaimed offering a choice to the anti-ragging activists: It is estimated that in India, every year, more than 100 million chickens and goats are killed to provide food for the non-vegetarian humans. It is fair on our part to feed animals with human flesh at least occasionally. I suggest that whenever a ragging incident takes place, there should be an efficient system where complaints should be recorded with accurate descriptions of the obnoxious activities of the bad seniors. All the rouge seniors should be arrested and kept in secure prisons so that they wont escape. Note: Here ragging applies to every action, whether minor or major, of a senior student that annoys, insults, or forces a junior to act against his free will. Special theatres should be built in every university, which resemble circus stadiums of ancient Rome. All the arrested seniors should be undressed, and then should be made to wear only underwears, so that it will be convenient for the animals to tear their flesh and eat. Every Sunday 2 to 3 bad senior students in every university should be thrown in these stadiums to hungry carnivorous beasts such as lions, tigers, wolves, wild dogs, hyenas, etc. Every next Sunday the beasts should be rotated so that all kinds of animals will get a chance feast on human flesh. The flesh-eating events in some of the selected stadiums should be telecast live across the nation. Taking the whole country into account, every year, a target total of 10,000 bad senior students should be thrown as food for beasts without any mercy, until this evil of ragging comes to an end.
