Posted by E J J Hitler Ragging amounts to violating the dignity and self-respect of a citizen. I suggest the Government to proclaim and ruthlessly enforce the following 22 point Law: 1. All the students who freshly join the colleges should be given forms in which they will regularly fill the ragging activities of their senior students and forward this form to the principal and a copy to the govt authority who will take action against the evil students. 2. Every college and hostel should be ordered to put up daily updated name Lists of rouge seniors on the notice boards, as well as on the common nationally integrated website. This website should contain the total name lists of rouge seniors of all the colleges in the country. 3. In every university and college, efficient monitoring system should be set up. Those who are ragging should be arrested, even if it happens to be a minor form of ragging. All those arrested should be taken to the college and beheaded in broad day light when everybody is watching. They must be killed inside the college campusesfor example, two in the laboratories, two in the libraries, two in the college staff room, two in the mess halls, and so on. Their blood should be sprinkled everywhere in the college campus. Their heads should be separated, kept in glass boxes, labeled and displayed in heavily guarded museums that will be set up in every district headquarters. 4. Under the new law, it should be declared that if a junior kills a senior who rags or tries to rag him, it should not be treated as an offence. A newly joined student should be allowed to kill any number of senior students if they rag or try to rag him. And all such killings should be treated as legitimate. If a junior kills a rouge senior, he should be rewarded Rs 50,000 for his heroism. Similarly, if a junior kills 10 rouge seniors, he should be awarded Param Vir Chakra for gallantry and given Rs 2 million cash prize. 5. If a junior shows special skill by killing a large number of seniors single handedly, he should be given all kinds of suppportsecurity, status, weapons, money and authorityand encouraged to kill more seniors. 6 According to the new law, if there is evidence that senior students are ragging juniors, even outsiders should be allowed barge into the hostels and colleges and kill those senior students. 7. If a junior wants to kills a rouge senior but finds it difficult, that junior should be allowed to hire and bring killers from outside, who can stab senior bastards to death inside the campus. 8. In fact the government authorities, such as anti-ragging cells, college administrations and even police, are totally ineffective and impotent while it comes to acting against rouge seniors. Under such circumstances, the most efficient way to kill senior students is allowing outside elements to kill them. Once money, weapons and permission to kill are provided to the outsiders, they can kill thousands of evil seniors without hesitation. This will also to some extent solve the over population problem the nation is facing. Whenever an outsider kills a senior bastard whose name is listed, that outsider should be given an honorarium of Rs 20,000 for killing each rogue senior. Outsiders should be encouraged to kill more and more seniors identified as rogues. 9. If outsiders want kidneys or eyes for their relatives or friends, they should be allowed to simply walk in to a college or hostel, look at the lists of bastard seniors, choose one of the candidates, go to that senior bastards room, stab him to death, and then carry his dead body to their homes. where they can take out the kidneys and eyes from the dead body. 10. Government should also appoint some butchers in every college who will help outsiders in cutting the bodies of seniors open and extracting kidneys, eyes and other needed parts, when someone requests. 11. Colleges where ragging is prevalent should be identified first. All the Student Presidents and Secretaries of those colleges should be beheaded without trial. Their headless dead bodies should be hung upside down to the college entrance for three days. 12. We generally think senior girl students are kind. But there are cases where senior girls behaved in a monstrous way towards their junior girls. So according to the new Law, if SENIOR GIRL STUDENTS rag juniors, they should be stripped naked and then red-hot burning iron rods should be inserted into their vaginas [chooths] until they die. This should be done when everybody is watching. 13. Since killing seniors would not be an offence according to the new law, if juniors use unauthorized and unlicensed weapons, it should be considered as legitimate [only in case they use them to kill the senior students]. Further, everywhere anti-ragging cells should be set up which should supply pistols to the junior students on request, and train them how to shoot and kill their seniors. 14. Juniors of one department should be allowed to interrogate, slap, stab, shoot and kill seniors of other departments if the latter were found indulging in ragging activities. A junior should be permitted to kill a senior who is ragging some other junior. 15. Special attention should be paid to kill a large number of senior bastards who are ragging juniors in IITs, Engg and other professional institutes. Lungs, kidneys, testicles and heads of rouge seniors from IITs and IIMs should be displayed in museums by keeping them in glass boxes. 16. If one junior dies in these clashes, as retribution, 10 senior students must be killed in the most brutal manner. Juniors should be asked give the list of names of the seniors who should be held responsible in case they [juniors] are killed. 17. All the colleges and hostels should resemble Nazi Death Camps with dead bodies of senior students littered everywhere on the campuseson corridors, staircases, in the class rooms, labs, mess halls, etc. Armed men should be seen running from one building to the other chasing, searching and killing senior bastards. 18. Some rouge seniors should be killed in the mess halls when they are eating food. While they are eating food, one blow should be given on their necks with an axe or sword so that their heads will drop with a thud into the plates in which they are eating food, and blood would gush out from their truncated necks like tap water. After that, immediately, their bones and livers should be extracted when all their classmates are watching. 19. At least 20 senior bastards should be killed in every college each year, until this evil practice dies. Because already many thousands of people died as a result of ragging, now it is justified to kill a few thousand senior students to put an end to this evil practice. 20. Butcher squads set up would quickly extract bones and livers from the bodies of senior bastards, whenever the latter are killed. 21. The bones and livers of the senior bastards killed, should be used to manufacture medicines and chemicals. This will contribute some benefit to the economy. 22. After killing one senior bastard, nearly 8 liters of blood can be extracted, which after testing for infections such as HIV, HBV, etc, should be transferred to the blood banks and used by those who need it. So I request the authorities to implement the above law in a firm manner without showing any mercy to the evil students.
