All the students who freshly join the colleges should be given a form in which they will regularly fill the raggng activities of their senior students and forward this form to the prinicipal and a copy to the govt authority who will take action against the evil students. Law to Stop Ragging
I suggest the Government to proclaim and enforce the folowing Law:
2. It should be declared that any newly joined student can kill any number of senior students if they rag him. And such a killing should not be treated as an offence.
3 According to the new law, if there is evidence that a senoir student is ragging juniors, even outsiders should be allowed barge into the hostels and colleges kill those students who are indulging in ragging.
4. In every university and colllege, efficient monitoring system should be set up. Those who are ragging should be arrested, even if it happens to be a minor form of ragging. All those arrested should be taken to the college and beheaded in broad day light when everybody is wathcing. They must be killed inside the college capmpus--like two in the laboratories, two in the libraries, two in the college staff room, and so on. Their blood should be sprinkled everywhere in the college campus. Their heads should be seperated, kept in glass boxes, labeled and displyed in heavily gaurded museums that will be set up in every state headquarters.
5. We generally think senior girl students are kind. But there are cases where senior girls behaved in a monstruous way towards their junior girls. So according to the new Law, if a senior girl student rags her juniors, she should be stripped naked and then red-hot burning iron rods should be inserted into her vigina[chooth] until she dies. This should be done when everybody is watching.
6. All the junior students should be supplied with pistols by the authorites and trained how to shoot and kill their seniors. Since killing senior would not be an offence according to the new law, even usage of unauthorized weapons should be made made legitiamte [only in case they use them against their senior students].
7. Special attention should be paid to kill the students who are ragging juniors in IITs, Engg and other professional institutes.
8. At least 20 senior students should be killed in every college each year, until this evil practice dies. Because already many thousands of people died because of ragging, now it should be justified to kill a few thousand senior students to put an end to this evil practice. Further, the bones and livers of the senior students killed, can be used to manufacture medicines and chemicals. This will contribute some benefit to the economy.
[If I am made dictator of India, I will kill at least 100,000 students who indulge in such activities.]
