An appeal to Parents and Teachers. Please understand the gravity of the situation. The Supreme Court has declared ragging a cognizable offence. You have the greatest power to stop this nonsense that is going on ever since one can think of. We would like to have your views and suggestions and would like you to shed you inhibitions and share your views and ideas through this forum. We want you to unite in this fight and put an end to this menace permanently.
