Ragging is a phenomena conducted by college authorities from behind the scene to exercise the British policy of "devide and rule" so that students are devided over groups in the name of Batchmate unity and enimity created batch against batch so that college authority can exercise their authority. This can be stopped only if the Principal along with his group of administrators can be put under bars in case they fail to prevent Ragging
