Recently ie on 14 th August I have visited Surat,NIT and I have found ragging goingon right in presence of senior professors and lecturers .The most shockingthings are muslim and SC/STstudents are being singled out for harsh ragging.What you want in Gujarat?Another Godhra?My advise to students.
1) If you are a SC/ST student ,make a complint under Attrocities Act.Harrasing SC/ST is non bailable offence and people indulging in ragging canbe arrested immeditely.
2) If you are muslim student appraoch minority cell
