ragging is worst than anything else

i feel ragging is worst than anything because it not only gives physical troubles but mental tortures too. everybody is not brave to handle it and it may destroy there whole life. they loose there confidence which may lead to failure in life. i think the person whose raggs must be thrown behind bars because his crime was very much equal to murder.
