Like some colleges seem to welcome NRI's more than others right? While some are just made for NRI's such as: I think certain colleges have hostels just for NRI's. From what I've been reading, apparently some states have strict laws about ragging now, but I can't find a proper list of the states yet. Out of most of the articles I've read, it seems that mostly southern india is pretty rough, including Bombay and Dehli of course.
