hi,
even though ragging is reducing these days due to presence of sensible seniors it is still at large.
I FELL ALL THE JUNOIRS SHOULD CARRY PROTECTIVE GEAR LIKE A SWISS KNIFE TO HELP ONESELF IN A SITUATION.
atleast i would do that when i enter a college.
