RAGGING IS USELESS AT ALL

The ragging is totally useless act at all. Except the some percentage of college /institution -going candidates (nerrow minded), nobody, is in its favour. This is totally wastage of precious time as well as it compells the victums to generate ill-thoughts in their mind. If we go for survey, it can be definitely said that many candidates fail to concentrate on their study due to the very behaviour of their senior students. STOP RAGGING PLEASE, IT IS NOT IN THE INTEREST OF ANYBODY INDEED. Thanks.
