I could tell you to get a copy of my Book for answers, but suffice to say that you need state-of-the-art chem feed/bleed and filtration to address the issue. Some would opt for OZONE - but one cannot get to 1st base without first hitting the ball. You need to focus on the tower and treatment proper - THEN...
