Posted by LL Denney Read a series of letters at www.vitacentral.com and send an email for a free evaluation period of a machine that meets your exact needs. Very good company(18 yrs), great products. I've had one 2 yrs now. My 15 yr asthmatic boys stopped taking their inhalers for almost a year as soon as we turned one on. No kidding. I was really shocked 2 months later when they still had full inhalers and I was previously buying 4 a month. Good luck, hope you've already gotten healthy and found a machine on your own already. --Previous Message-- Link: http://www.vitacentral.com

If everyone is getting sick as you suggest, there's a simple proceedure to see if it's the building. Get a reputable air purifier by Ecoquest, I've saw my mother's kill a whole bathroom floor full of black mold that was under vinyl flooring from a toilet leak of 2 yrs. My mom was complaining of headaches, sore throats, coughs, etc for quite a while, but could never figure it out until she called me over to look at it and I saw the signs. Once she had pulled up the flooring I told her to put her machine in there on sanitize over night, the next morning she aired out the room and was able to go into and work on cleaning it all out without any adverse reactions. All the previous sudddenly cleared up. These things kill mold/mildew/ bacteria and any chemicals in the air. Very cool, and very quick. They will also get rid of dust and odors very quickly. Like in an hour or less.
: Hi: It is very possible that mold spores could
: be making people sick.. However it would
: take a microbiologist with experience in the
: fungi field to track the problem down. Do
: they have a maintenance crew in that
: building? Do they have janitorial services?
: I wouldn't pay rest until they;ve addressed
: the issues!

: If someone could provide me with any
: information?
: My office is located on the 1st floor of a 7
: story bldg. We've been experiencing water
: linking from the outside and seeping into
: our
: offices, etc. The building management tried
: to seal the areas but it continues to be a
: problem. Today, one of my colleagues
: discovered "red slime/mold, etc.
: growing
: under that thick plastic mat you place under
: your chair so that the carpet doesn't get
: messed up and the chair rolls easier. To
: our
: amazement, I had the same thing and 3 others
: (total of 5 of us-we are next to the glass
: wall of the building that leaks). All of us
: have "noticed" that our plastic
: mats were turning red but we just thought it
: was the plastic getting discolored from
: age??? We started recalling when we first
: "noticed" the redness and its been
: about 8 mo.-year. It is obviously a
: "living thing", it is red, pink or
: beet red. It is moist, slimey and smelly.
: I am concerned that this is red mold. Does
: this sound like red mold? Please help.
: I've
: notified by company, management and they are
: "sort-of-matter-of-fact" about it.
: I read up on Legionella and Legionnaires
: Disease. I cannot find anything about it
: "growing" like this? The
: conditions are great in the office:
: moisture,
: heat, the plastic, etc. Or maybe we have
: red
: algae??? Anything you can provide would be
: helpful. I need to mentioned that we have
: been sick and feeling sick (feverish, cough,
: muscle pain, headache, migraines, fatigue)
: or
: sometime but ,again, thought it was just
: "stress." I will be contacting
: our
: Department of Health as well. My email is
: rokero@att.net
: Ph (808)282-9045.
: Thank you.
