Hi
You may want to contact the lawyer of a plaintiff - normally they institute (at least in the U.S.A.) what is called. "disclosure proceedings" that require everybody to reveal their records. You'll need someone to interpret the plethora of documents...
: I work for an investigative television program
: called W-FIVE and am currently researching a
: story about the outbreak at Seven Oaks Home
: for the Aged in Toronto last fall. Twenty
: three people died in the outbreak, and
: Toronto Public Health identified the cooling
: tower as the source of the problem. It also
: noted that the air intake was situation
: close to the tower.
:
: I am trying to get maintenance records in
: order to establish whether or not the tower
: was being properly maintained. The City of
: Toronto won't release this information
: because of civil suit that has been
: launched.
:
: If there is anyone that has some
: thoughts/leads on this investigation I would
: appreciate hearing from them.
:
: Many thanks...Jeff Silverstein
