This is an annoying problem in my apartment too. My shower curtains are always turning red around the edges eving withing a week of cleaning, and the filters in my humififier turn red too. I haven't been sick anymore than usual but i do have a cough as of now. There is just about no information out there about this subject, it's quite surprising. I wish someone could tell me if red mold is toxic or a serious problem. I never saw red mold in my entire life untill I moved to this apartment. Any info would be a big help.
