Ex-Misfit Drummer Joey Images Unleashes his new CD Hell Bent For Horror Business. The 13 song CD will be released March 8th through Anarchy Music.As the drummer of the definitive, late '70s lineup of punk rock legends The Misfits, Joey Image has already earned himself a special place among the inhabitants of Hell's innermost circle. Along with vocalist Glenn Danzig, bassist Jerry Only and guitarist Bobby Steele, Image and The Misfits recorded 2 three-songs EPs-Horror Business and Night of The Living Dead - that rank as some of the most horrifying and influential punk records ever put to tape. Image departed the band shortly after but he remained a pivotal player in the demonic underworld of punk rock music. Throughout the '80s and '90s, Image pounded skins for numerous underground hellions who were creating the kind of kick ass, good time, real rawk that Image personifies. You may not recognize all of these bands, and some of them have already passed into the netherworld of non-existence, but that shouldn't stop you from enjoying this 13 track highlights collection of garage recordings from such inspired, and insidiously dubbed, bands as The Mary Tyler Whores, Human Buffet and more.
