Uncle Chin: Shuu's uncle. Chin is a common Chinese family name (however, it also could be a first name), therefore, Uncle Chin might be Shuu's maternal uncle (if they indeed have blood relationship, that is.)He owns a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown,New York City (From the decoration of his restaurant, he appears to be pretty rich.). Shikaisen: ("Shikai" is the word using in Taoism of the act of someone who throw away the human's material body, and therefore overcomes becomes the god/hermit. "sen" means god/hermit) A human being (yes, he is not youja.) who knows all the secrets of the Chinese Onmyou-dou and became immortal. (from "Trooper's Character"). He captured Seiji in OAV Gaiden, in order to gain the power of the armor. Mad Scientist: (There is no real name for this person in the official information...) The scientist who worked with Shikaisen, tried to analyze armor's power by the computer. He is also the one who used Mind Control on Seiji. Mukara: Warrior of Tribe Tauragi (in Tanzania, Africa). The status of warrior is inherited in family. He is the bearer of the Black Kikoutei. In Tribe Tauragi, the status of a warrior is higher than the status of a priestess (i.e., Naria). That's why the other members of Tribe Tauragi listened to Mukara,rather than listened to Naria. In addition, the Black Kikoutei is the 'God' of tribe Tauragi,and the bearer of Black Kikoutei would be of a higher rank than the 'usual' priestess. (Remember, not every warrior of tribe Tauragi is a bearer of black Kikoutei) Mukara is Naria's fiance. Mukara's parents appeared in the OVA as well(in vol. 4, when Naria held the speech with the tribe members, Mukara's parents and the elders of the tribe tried to stop her) Naria: The priestess of tribe Tauragi, this position, again, is inherited in family. Naria's mother, and her maternal grandmother were the previous priestesses. In the first draft of script, there was a line of Naria saying "I studied a little Japanese before." This line,however, is deleted in the final draft (therefore, it's still a mystery why Naria knows how to speak Japanese.) Naria (from what she said) appears to be in love with Mukara (and I would assume Mukara is in love with Naria as well (from the last scene)) Suzunagi: Lived in Eido period. Probably the only child of the master of the theater (whose status is probably 'Bushi' as well, based on the government's method of delivering his death penalty)(from official magazine "Message"). Her family are relatives of the Kaos clan. Both her mother and father were killed because of the incident (in vol 4). Her family is Christian which is probably another reason why the gov't killed them(Christian belief was forbidden at Eido period).
Unfortunately, OAV characters do not have official bios. The following are the info that I could find from the official publications. I don't have the OAV Gaiden book with me, so there might be some more info about Luna (there is no birthdate, bloodtype, or the like, however)
Luna lived in Harlem, NY. From her (and her brother's) appearance, she might have an African ancestor (but she doesn't look like a pure African American).
Luna is 14 years old in OAV Gaiden (thank you, Mukara-san).
