Sanada family/clan, but dislikes its strict rule and left the family. As a photographer, he tries to find the white tiger (i.e., Byakuen) which he saw once a long time ago. He has a habit to focus only on the object of his photo, therefore; he's often not at home. Ryo was reared in such an let-along policy. (He also appeared in the Cassette Book Collection #3)

No sibling.Armor Ryo met Byakuen in 1977, 1980, and 1983. When the young Ryo was injured inside the mountain, it was Byakuen who saved him. Preparing for the coming war with the Youja-kai, Kaos and Byakuen was searching for the human beings who has the Heart.
Byakuen likes Ryo who has a heart that understand Nature. Kaos gave him the armor, which is Rekka of the heart 'Jin' That was one year before Arago's appearance in Shinjukuu.

Mother - A brave mother. It's because of her rearing that Shuu grows up a good person even when his family is very rich. Very good in Chinese martial art, and Shuu learned from her since he was young. That's why Shuu is good in Chinese martial art as well.
1st younger sister - Rinfi, three years younger than Shuu, a realist.
1st younger brother - Yun, five years younger than Shuu.
2nd younger brother - Mei Ryuu, eight years younger than Shuu.
2nd younger sister - Chun Faa, eleven years younger than Shuu.

Uncle - Chen, the one who has a big Chinese restaurant in New York City's Chinatown appeared in Gaiden. Nothing said about whether he is the actual uncle or not. All the other four Troopers (except Ryo) received their armor about the same time.Life Shuu is said to be the richest of all Trooper's family. He is great that he never becomes arrogant about it. Shuu's family moved from China to Japan at the Ching Dynasty. The armor legend of Kongo has been told in the emperor's family of Ching Dynasty...and later in the Chinese-Japanese in Japan. (*Note: this is not
true in real history. ^^; Because Shuu cannot be both the descendent of Genghis Khan and descendent of Ching emperor...These two clan came from
