I'm not sure about Nina, but from what I've seen over the years up to the release of the US DVDs, the only thing missing from the original version of YST and the ones released on DVD is that the previews for the next episodes (TV series) have NOT be included. But in the Ronin Warriors OVAs, they DO include previews for the following episodes. I guess if there were to be a director's cut, they should include that bit of fun YST goodiness for the fans, even if it's just to hear your favorite character talking about the next episode.
