How strong is the fandom in Japan and the USA? How much of it remains, and how long will it remain? The entire series seems to be a classic, so I doubt it will go away anytime soon. I haven't been an active part of the fandom, but I have been watching the series again (I still enjoy it), and I just want to know how strong the fandom is and how long it will remain. Perhaps it will only appear at anime conventions, but still...
