Dawn Sanada of the URWWS has actually begun to translate some of them, I'm not sure if the one you mention is among them. If you don't know the address of her website, just typing URWWS in Google will find it. I emailed you the links of the mp3s I uploaded a while back. They are from a cassette tape and have essentially the same content as the novels, which is to say how the troopers got their armors and met Kaosu.
