I just find out that I actually have it...
More than 10 years ago, my friend in Japan gave me a cassette tape, which I listened at the time. However, after so many years, I do not remember what was included in the tape anymore.
The tape has the English version of both "Stardust eyes" and "Samurai Heart".
Because my friend did not include any index or other info (& I had lost contact with her for many years), I have no idea who is the singer. It's a male singer, however.
As for the Japanese versions, in addition to Moriguchi Hiroko's version (which included in her album "Prime Privacy"), Ryo's voice actor Kusao Takeshi also has one song that is based on "Stardust eyes". This song is called "Sayonara no Form", which is in Japanese, and is included in his album "90S-NINETYS". Also in the same album, he has another song named "'90s Paradise", which is another verson of Samurai Heart, in Japanese.
The song writer of "Stardust eye", Shigemura Yasuhiko, also has another Japanese version of "Stardust eyes", called "dead end love", which is included in the CD soundtrack "Kikoutei" and also in the CD "kaze".
