Nina is right, they're very hard to find. However, if you look on Yahoo! Auctions Japan right now, there is an auction for a set of 3 of them (Volumes 1, 2 and 4). Volume 4 is fairly difficult to find, so I'd recommend getting this auction if you really want it. The auction's URL is:

If you want to look at all YST results on YAJ, type "samurai trooper" as it appears in the series' title, in katakana, and enter that in YAJ's search box. There should be about 590 results or so, most of them doujinshi.
Rgarding the Cassette Book Collections, you'll have a much, much harder time finding the Memorial CD Book Set (the CD box set version of the first 3 Cassette Book Collections, as the 4th tape was never released on CD), as it pops up very rarely on YAJ. The Cassette Book Collections, though, you will find a few results of the first 3 pretty much anytime on YAJ. I think I have also seen them on Amazon JP, if you do the same search and carefully inspect each result with the aid of a japanese program *and* translator.
