I did some searching, and think I've figured out which CD the english version of Samurai Heart came from:
Prime Privacy
KICS-399
11-21-1989
"Samurai Heart" is listed as the final track. The CD is out of print, which means it's going to be really hard to find.
Best advice is to rip the music off the YouTube video.
