There's this Tolstoy quote that goes "Nietzsche was stupid and abnormal." It's no surprise that Tolstoy wouldn't like Nietzsche, but can anyone provide me with any context for this quote? For one, where is it from? I'm assuming it's from a letter or maybe interview. Second, is that the entirety of Tolstoy's thoughts on Nietzsche? Does he say anything more specific about him? And what, specifically, prompted him to say that?
